Today, underground constructions are becoming exceedingly more challenging with increasingly more demanding conditions, with future expectations becoming even greater. 

To develop effective and efficient solutions in spite of the complexity of these tasks, it needs training of professionals and the promotion of a new generation. 

The STS offers in the context of training opportunities:

• An agenda with training opportunities in underground constructions provided by the STS (courses, seminars, conferences) or from selected third parties.

The STS offers as part of its new generation promotion

• Assisting students (University, college and middle school students) with finding related work experience positions
• Support for colleges, secondary and middle schools in the area of engineering technology classes, also in students’ career choices
